I'm efficient sometimes, but I'm also a three-minute passion, so something will be procrastinated.

I procrastinate on something, such as my homework, exams, and commonplaces,
and I really want to change this bad habit, I also try to see some films on youtube to learn how to improve my procrastination

I use the app called tomato clock, and it can set a timer in 25 minutes that you want, then you can use it and concentrate on your work.
Next, I use google calendar, which can manage my time, tasks and also make them clear.
But I think self-control is also important. If you don't have it, any tools can't be useful.
